Refund Policy (Digital STL Files)
All products sold on this website are digital STL files delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
Why we do not offer refunds
Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be “returned.” For this reason, we cannot issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases
- Compatibility issues with software or 3D printers
- Failure to download or use the files (we will always assist with technical issues instead)
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:
- Duplicate purchase of the same item
In these cases, please contact us and we will review the situation.
