About Us
I’m Daniel Jack the artist behind Blue Giant Studios!
Art has always been a huge part of my life. I started in Fine Art and oil painting before discovering sculpture and falling in love with creating fantasy characters and creatures.
After teaching myself ZBrush using online tutorials, I went on to study Digital Animation and later worked on films like The Jungle Book. But I always wanted the freedom to create my own worlds and characters.
That passion led me to the tabletop industry. For the last 10 years, I’ve been creating fantasy miniatures inspired by mythology, storytelling, and unique characters, while building an amazing community along the way.

Are these physical models or digital files?
Blue Giant Studios sells digital STL files only. No physical prints are shipped unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
What scale are your miniatures?
Our miniatures are designed and pre-supported for 28-32mm scale but can be scaled to suit your needs.
How do I download my files?
After checkout, you’ll receive instant access to your downloads via your order confirmation page and email. You can also access your files anytime through your account on Blue Giant Studios.
What type of printer do I need?
Resin printing is recommended for the highest level of detail, especially for character miniatures and dragons. All files come supported for resin printing.
Are the files pre-supported?
All models include supported and unsupported versions.
Can I scale the models?
Yes. All STL files can be scaled in your slicer software to suit your preferred print size and tabletop needs. Supports may require updating or starting new depending on scale changes.
What software do I need to open STL files?
Most printers now come with a native package to set up your prints. or we recommend Lychee or Chitubox.
Can I sell printed versions of the models?
Purchases are for personal use only unless you hold an active commercial licence from Blue Giant Studios. Fighting Fantasy Heroes is strictly not commercial. Message if you want to discuss commercial licenses - info@bluegiantstudios.co.uk
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once file access has been provided. However, if you experience any issues with your files, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
My files won’t download — what should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder for your order email. If you’re still having trouble, contact us through Blue Giant Studios Support and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Are your models suitable for tabletop RPGs?
Absolutely. Our fantasy STL collection is designed for RPG players, painters, collectors, and display enthusiasts who want epic creatures and detailed fantasy models for their worlds.
